In the preseason Kansas State was picked to finish first in the big twelve. All the hype seamed to be too much as they have been on a downward spiral lately. They have started off the big twelve with a losing record and are no longer ranked. the number three preseason ranking was much too high for this Kansas State team who will look to finish the season strong.
